It does not matter if the Deceased was a resident of another state or a citizen of another country. The Personal Representative of the Estate will be designated by a Probate Judge in that county. This is also where the Probate of the Estate will take place.
The basis of any legal action, for damages, (Medical, Economic, Pain & Suffering, Punitive) in addition to any Survival Action will also be based out of this county.
